Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to own service KPI tracking, develop Power BI tools, and drive CPFR and demand control for an AFH customer.

You will lead cross-functional actions to improve ORD and CFR, forecast accuracy, and governance of fines, using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce stockouts and disruptons. This role also involves coaching junior analysts and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations with analytics and CPFR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own service KPI tracking (ORDD, CFR) and performance visibility.
• Create, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards for AFH customers.
• Governance of customer fines, fees, and deductions with scorecards.
• Lead CPFR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Document processes and coach junior analysts.
