Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality initiatives, manage non-conformances, and lead supplier audits. You will collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure product quality from suppliers and support process improvements.

The role emphasizes applying statistical quality tools, managing documentation, and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive engineering experience in supplier quality.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO, QSR, UL, FDA etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier non-conformances and ensure issues are addressed.
• Lead supplier audits and close audit findings.
• Lead supplier quality agreements and coordination with suppliers.
• Support product transfers and continuous improvement projects.
