Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (6-Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa).

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to broad assignments and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Adhere to QMS, safety, environmental, security, and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and teams.
• Develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve performance.
• Prepare documents such as protocols, reports, and work instructions.
