Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to provide strategic quality guidance across supplier quality, audits, NC management, and CAPA. You will lead supplier audits, manage non-conformances, and drive process improvements.

The role mentors up to three engineering direct reports, collaborates with suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering, and ensures compliance with ISO/QSR and FDA regulations while advancing Integer’s quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Awareness of ISO, QSR, UL, MDD, TGA etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic quality guidance to support Integer’s goals.
• Lead supplier non-conformances and supplier audits.
• Manage supplier quality documentation and change notification processes.
• Collaborate with Suppliers, Management, Supply Chain, Engineers and Manufacturing teams.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, NCRs, and CAPA activities.
