Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a Supplier Quality engineer to apply advanced engineering principles across supplier quality initiatives. You will manage supplier nonconformances, audits, change notifications, and QA documentation, while driving improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred or optional.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO, QSR, UL, MDD, TGA, and related standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier non-conformances and liaise with suppliers to ensure issues are addressed.
• Lead supplier audits and track closure of audit findings.
• Lead the suppliers' product and process change notification system.
• Lead Supplier Quality Agreement management with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers, management, supply chain, engineers and manufacturing to resolve quality problems.
• Assist groups with capability studies and SPC methods (Cpk, DOE, Hypothesis Testing).
• Manage sourced item qualification and ensure documentation is complete.
• Oversee First Article Inspection process.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and ensure compliance with DMR; advise on deviations.
• Review changes to BOMs, inspection plans, drawings, specs, FMEAs.
• Provide site QA support for continuous improvement projects and product transfers.
• May supervise up to 3 engineering direct reports; mentor colleagues.
• Follow quality systems and strive for 5 Sigma in projects.
