Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier non-conformances, conduct supplier audits, and lead change-notification and quality agreement processes. You will collaborate with suppliers, management, supply chain, and manufacturing to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.

The role also requires mentoring engineers, reviewing BOMs, and applying CAPA, FMEA, and SPC tools to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering/technical roles with supplier quality focus.
• Experience with quality systems and regulatory compliance (ISO/QSR).

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier non-conformances and liaise with suppliers to ensure corrective actions.
• Conduce supplier audits and track closure of audit findings.
• Lead supplier change notification and Supplier Quality Agreement processes.
• Collaborate with Suppliers, Management, Supply Chain, Engineers and Manufacturing to resolve quality problems; support capability studies and SPC applications.
