Job summary

Integer Holdings seeks an entry-level Quality Engineering Associate to support compliance with the Integer Quality System. You will learn and apply QMS, assist with audits, CAPA, NCR investigations, and data analysis under experienced mentors.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met while contributing to continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence. This role emphasizes building quality into daily work, 5S, root cause analysis, and tracking

Qualifications

• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years’ experience is typical for entry level role.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance to the Integer Quality System under guidance from mentors.
• Learn and apply standard quality engineering methods for product/process improvements.
• Assist in audits, CAPA, NCR investigations, and data trending for quality metrics.
