Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a senior supplier manager to own executive-level supplier relationships for critical space hardware, driving contracts, delivery performance, and long-term strategic partnerships.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations to resolve production challenges, expand supplier capacity, and lead cross-functional negotiations on development agreements and SOWs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level supplier relationships for critical space hardware and contracts.
• Monitor supply chain challenges to ensure on-time delivery across multiple production sites.
• Drive supplier performance against commitments and lead recovery plans.
• Lead supplier readiness for production and scale for high-rate production.
• Negotiate term sheets, NDAs, SOWs, and other strategic contracts with suppliers.
