Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a hands-on Sr Systems Development Engineer with expertise in requirements management, design for manufacturing, and hardware/software development for testing. The role focuses on optimizing for high-volume production and cross-discipline collaboration.

The candidate will lead testing across software/hardware interfaces, drive test architectures for multiple lines, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust system-level solutions for the satellite bus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficient in programming with Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and CI/CD pipelines build processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead software/hardware integration testing.
• Lead architectures and flows for multiple manufacturing test lines.
• Analyze data using MATLAB, Python, or similar.
• Coordinate release of software and hardware documents through gate reviews.
• Investigate and troubleshoot yield issues during prototype and production builds.
• Define test strategy and optimize test setup/processes at the CM.
