Job summary

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and tracking of engineering work-streams spanning end-to-end from contract manufacturers to Leo factory locations.
• Link production roadmap and goals to team work-streams for progress measurement, risk mitigation.
• Represent impact of systems on yield, speed, manufacturability, cost, stability and trust.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans.
• Understand dependencies among cross-functional teams and synchronize milestones.
• Create programs and outreach communications for rollout of solutions.
• Drive executive communication cadence and deliver leadership insights on activities, challenges and risks.
• Measure, analyze, improve, and control KPIs across operations.
• Work with software and analytics teams to develop reporting tools.
• Advise production directors and sr. managers on tech decisions and communicate changes.
