Job summary

Amazon Leo in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Supplier Program Manager to own executive-level supplier relationships and drive production-ready strategies for space hardware. The role focuses on contract execution, delivery performance, cost control, and long-term supplier partnerships across multiple production sites.

You will lead supplier readiness, develop qualification and onboarding plans for additional suppliers, and work with engineering, quality, and operations to resolve complex challenges

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams with release coordination.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget and risk management.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level supplier relationships for critical space hardware, driving contract execution and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Monitor and resolve supply chain challenges to ensure on-time delivery across production sites.
• Drive supplier performance against contractual commitments and lead recovery plans.
• Lead supplier readiness for production, ensuring manufacturing processes and capacity support high-rate production.
• Develop and execute supplier strategies to expand capacity and reduce single-source dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations to resolve technical and production challenges.
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives to support future growth.
• Drive continuous improvement across supplier operations to improve yield and delivery reliability.
• Negotiate term sheets, NDAs, MOUs, SOWs, and other strategic contracts.
• Build trusted relationships with supplier executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
