Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in developing specifications, verification plans and test procedures.
• 7+ years with quality systems and APQP in high‑volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality elements in Leo PDP.
• Optimize supplier quality mechanisms for design‑in quality.
• Lead APQP tools within PDP.
• Collaborate with engineering, suppliers, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Move quality checks upstream to achieve high process capability.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
