Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Supplier Program Manager to own executive-level supplier relationships and drive performance across space hardware programs. You will lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical and production challenges, while guiding negotiations and strategic supplier development.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product or program management with deep collaboration with engineering and operations, and a track record of improving delivery performance and cost efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level supplier relationships for critical space hardware and contracts.
• Monitor supply chain challenges to ensure on-time delivery across multiple sites.
• Drive supplier performance against commitments and lead recovery plans.
• Lead supplier readiness for production with processes, tooling, and capacity.
• Develop supplier strategies to improve resilience and expand capacity.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and operations to resolve production challenges.
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier development, evaluating new suppliers and capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of yield, throughput, and delivery predictability.
• Negotiate terms, NDAs, MOUs, SOWs, and other contracts with stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with supplier executives and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as executive interface between Amazon Leo and strategic suppliers.
