Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks a Senior Factory Manager for Electronics Supply Chain to drive execution across complex electronics manufacturing environments. You will oversee capacity, quality, and delivery while partnering with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturers to mitigate risks and improve performance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, balance priorities, and use data insights to drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
• 6+ years of related industry experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement activities, implementing six sigma methodologies and performing RCA/COE.
• Demonstrated ability to build and integrate data sets to develop metrics for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Measure, control, and improve capacity, quality, manufacturing performance and delivery execution.
• Lead operational and technical deep dives to resolve constraints and drive improvements.
• Balance engineering, development and production priorities while minimizing risk.
• Use data and metrics to assess performance and drive corrective actions.
• Influence internal and external teams to ensure alignment with standards and priorities.
• Communicate escalation, documentation, and follow-through across all levels.
• Travel up to 40% to Electronics Supply Base.
