Job summary

Honda South Carolina Manufacturing seeks an Engineer to collaborate with design from feasibility through the design phase to produce manufacturable models within the factory's capabilities. You will lead manufacturing process development to enable robust mass production, support new model launches, and maintain process and training documentation for daily production needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) or related experience.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing/engineering roles.
• Proficiency with CAD drawings and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design from feasibility through design phase to ensure manufacturability.
• Lead process development to meet mass production requirements and project targets.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members to support growth and succession planning.
• Support new model launches and maintain necessary process, quality, and equipment documentation.
