Job summary

Empower in the United States seeks a Senior Procurement Reporting Analyst to deliver data-driven insights across the company’s External Workforce, supporting strategic sourcing, workforce planning, financial management, and operational decision-making.

You will build dashboards, forecasting models, analyze spend and supplier performance, and translate complex workforce data into actionable insights for stakeholders across Procurement, HR, Finance, Technology, and business units.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of analytics, BI, finance, workforce planning, or procurement analytics.
• Experience with external labor or contingent workforce data.
• Experience developing dashboards and data-driven insights.
• Ability to forecast, model, and analyze workforce data.
• Translate complex data into actionable stakeholder insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports on external workforce spend, utilization, trends, and supplier performance.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports to support decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and presentations.
• Support data governance and data quality across systems.
