Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Supplier Integration Leader in Cincinnati, OH, to drive cross-functional integration across design engineering, quality, and supply chain. The role focuses on improving supplier performance, hardware flow, and product quality for next generation products, while mentoring teams and resolving critical issues to accelerate delivery.

The successful candidate will lead design-informed quality improvements, align engineering and supplier process development, and manage APQP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design or related engineering role.
• Security clearance requirement and US Citizenship.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve supplier performance and enable hardware delivery.
• Drive proactive quality strategies through design improvements and APQP execution.
• Eliminate nonconformances via root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Mentor and coach engineers on supplier collaboration and defect reduction.
• Influence decisions and build alignment across functions in a matrixed environment.
• Travel as needed to support suppliers and partner teams on site.
