Job summary

CisLunar Industries is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Loveland, CO to build and manage a high-integrity supplier network for flight hardware. You will drive quality from prototype to repeatable flight builds, ensuring suppliers deliver conforming products while improving performance.

The role interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to embed quality in designs and processes, balancing rigor with startup velocity and scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in aerospace electronics hardware builds.
• Hands-on with power electronics assemblies and high-voltage hardware.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 and quality systems.
• Ability to develop quality procedures and documentation.
• Comfort working with incomplete information and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new aerospace suppliers and influence design for quality.
• Create inspection procedures for incoming materials and approvals.
• Lead MRB activities and manage supplier-related corrective actions.
• Develop supplier scorecards and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with mechanical, firmware, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure quality.
