Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma with 4 years of manufacturing/quality experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality.

Responsibilities

• Ownership includes quality assurance and quality control across manufacturing and incoming goods control.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to update procedures and drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot defects and determine root causes affecting engine programs.
• Partner with support staff and teams to identify high risk areas and implement corrective actions.
• Perform internal audits to support site quality compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Create, revise and participate in quality system document updates.
• Identify and drive projects that improve production quality and throughput.
