Job summary

AGSE Group is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to provide technical leadership in aerospace quality, ensuring ISO 9001 conformance and customer requirements across all stages. This onsite role in Cincinnati partners with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to mitigate risks and drive process robustness.

The position requires 10+ years in quality, 7+ years in aerospace manufacturing, and credentials in RCCA and Six Sigma. Occasional travel for supplier audits and audits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred; significant experience may substitute for education.
• 10+ years in quality assurance; 7+ years in aerospace/manufacturing quality engineering.
• Leadership in complex quality investigations with customers and suppliers.
• Experience supporting audits, corrective actions, and audits with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk-based quality input on deviations, containment, and customer communication.
• Approve inspection plans, FAIs, and conformance strategies for complex products.
• Own quality performance for assigned processes and lead quality improvements.
• Interface with customers and suppliers on escalations, audits, and corrective actions.
• Lead RCCA investigations and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Travel domestically/internationally to support supplier audits and investigations.
