Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, OH is looking for a Lead Quality Control Engineer to ensure products meet contract and quality-system standards. You will lead quality reviews and drive improvements across manufacturing and inspection processes.

You will troubleshoot defects, perform internal audits, and implement corrective actions using LEAN and FLIGHT DECK tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain high quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with manufacturing/quality experience.
• At least 3 years in Manufacturing and/or Quality.
• Experience with APQP, AS9100, LEAN, and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Own quality assurance and quality control across manufacturing.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and SOP changes.
• Perform internal audits to support quality compliance.
• Use LEAN/FLIGHT DECK to drive regulatory compliance and quality.
• Identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
