Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization in manufacturing.
• Experience with composites and thermoplastics manufacturing, IPC standards, CAD, and GD&T.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Onsite in Huntsville, AL; must be eligible for U.S. clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the mechanical commodities/subcategories to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril’s business lines.
• Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and overall commodity strategy, demonstrating ownership, proactivity, and technical excellence.
• Vet suppliers’ production capabilities, layout, facilities, and workforce for inclusion in the Approved Supplier List.
• Support SQE in ensuring suppliers meet part quality criteria and alignment with SQE standards.
• Own manufacturing process development at supplier sites and initiate new production lines and tooling to meet performance and ramp-up requirements.
• Own the roadmap for capacity expansion, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp-up at suppliers.
• Establish and drive performance via SPC reviews at supplier sites.
• Identify and drive product and process improvements to lower costs and improve cycle time.
