Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electrical to drive supplier production strategies across Anduril’s electronics supply base from NPI to full production. You will collaborate with internal engineering, quality, supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for quality, efficiency and cost, while expanding capacity and tooling at supplier sites.

This role requires strong technical and communication skills and willingness to travel to supplier

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, GD&T.
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Own electrical commodities and manage supplier production strategies from NPI to full production.
Advance supplier production capabilities and optimize quality and cost.
Vet suppliers' production capabilities, layout, and facilities for Approved Supplier List.
Support PSE, GSS, and SQE to ensure supplier quality criteria are met.
Lead new tooling, lines, and process development at supplier sites.
Drive capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at suppliers.
Establish SPC and process controls at supplier sites.
Identify process improvements to reduce cost, risk, and cycle time.
