• Willingness to travel at least 50% and relocate to Huntsville, AL.
• Eligibility to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage mechanical commodities to drive supplier production strategies from NPI to full production.
• Support supplier quality engineers to ensure part quality criteria are met.
• Develop manufacturing processes at supplier sites and establish new production lines.
• Drive capacity expansion, readiness, and ramp-up with suppliers.
• Lead SPC reviews and drive process improvements to reduce cost and defects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to close root-cause corrective actions.
