Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer to enable development and production flow with our supplier base. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, expediting qualification and implementing efficient, cost-effective designs from development through lifecycle.

You will own capacity expansions, ramp-up, and supplier readiness, driving SPC, process improvements, and factory layouts to reduce risk and costs while meeting performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with composites and thermoplastics manufacturing, IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage mechanical commodities to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril’s business lines.
• Drive supplier production readiness and ramp-up at supplier sites.
• Support SQE with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Vet supplier capabilities, layouts, and workforce for inclusion in the Approved Supplier List.
• Own manufacturing process development and tooling at supplier sites.
