Anduril Industries in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer to accelerate qualification and implementation of designs with suppliers. You will optimize designs for quality, cost, and manufacturability across the product lifecycle.

You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, drive supplier readiness, and lead manufacturing expansion initiatives while ensuring timely production ramps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with composites and thermoplastics manufacturing, IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Ability to relocate to onsite Huntsville, AL if not local.
• Ability to be eligible and maintain a U.S. clearance.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage mechanical commodities/subcategories (machining, stamping, etc.) to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril’s business lines.
• Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and overall commodity strategy with ownership and proactivity.
• Vet Suppliers' production capabilities and facilities for inclusion in Anduril's Approved Supplier List.
• Support SQE in ensuring supplier adherence to part quality criteria.
• Own manufacturing process development at supplier sites and initialize new production lines and tooling.
• Own the roadmap for capacity expansion, manufacturing readiness, and ramp-up at suppliers.
• Establish and drive performance via SPC reviews at suppliers.
• Identify and drive product and process improvements to lower cost and reduce risk.
