Job summary

Anduril Industries in Huntsville, AL seeks a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to accelerate qualification and implementation of supplier designs, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and cost from development through lifecycle.

You will collaborate with internal engineering, quality, and manufacturing and with suppliers to enable production flow, expand capacity, and drive improvements that reduce risk and lower cycle time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time and to relocate onsite in Huntsville, AL.
• Experience in supplier quality and industrialization in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD and GD&T; IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage mechanical/electrical commodities to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril’s lines.
• Vet suppliers' capabilities, facilities, and workforce for inclusion in the Approved Supplier List.
• Support SQE to ensure supplier adherence to quality criteria.
• Own manufacturing process development at supplier sites to meet performance, quality, and ramp-up requirements.
• Drive capacity expansion, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp-up at suppliers.
• Establish and drive SPC reviews at supplier sites.
• Identify and drive product and process improvements to reduce cost and risk.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Suppliers, and SQE to close root-cause corrective actions.
