Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply Six Sigma and LEAN principles, manage supplier performance, and drive robust design-to-supplier cascades to meet regulatory and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree is required in Engineering or similar field.
• 7+ years in a regulated industry (medical device preferred).
• Experience with component/assembly manufacturing process development and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own development, characterization, and validation of plastics components and sub-assembly processes at suppliers.
• Lead scale-up of supplier manufacturing processes to production quantities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing, product performance, and cost.
• Apply engineering principles and world-class manufacturing techniques to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive suppliers to improve process performance to meet business requirements.
