Carrier seeks a senior supplier readiness professional to execute capacity, capability, and readiness improvements on-site with suppliers in Charlotte. The role focuses on RCA-based problem solving, process optimization, and readiness for new product introductions and volume ramps.

Requires 7+ years in manufacturing/ supplier domains, travel up to 50%, and a strong background in Lean, PFMEA, and RCA techniques. On-site work four days a week; visa sponsorship not available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in Manufacturing Eng, Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, or Operations.
• 3+ years in production processes, capacity modeling, process flow, and diagnostics.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct supplier capacity, capability, and readiness assessments across facilities.
• Validate production capacity and identify bottlenecks and allocation.
• Lead RCA, 5-Why, fishbone, PFMEA and implement corrective actions.
• Drive on-site readiness for NPI milestones and volume ramps.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Materials, and Sourcing to align readiness with performance goals.
