Job summary
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer for a 100% onsite role in Charlotte, NC. You will lead labor standards, capacity planning, line balancing, and workflow optimization to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
This hands-on leadership position partners with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement teams to turn data and Lean principles into sustainable factory improvements that scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Expertise in labor standards development, time studies, and work measurement systems.
- Proven capacity planning, line balancing, and workflow optimization experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain labor standards, time studies, and work measurement systems across manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement standardized industrial engineering methodologies and best practices.
- Establish governance for validating and updating labor standards.
