Job summary
Carrier is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Charlotte, NC, onsite. You will be the technical resource supporting air‑cooled chiller manufacturing, solving complex production issues, and enabling automation throughout mechanical, electrical, and testing domains.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day engineering support for air-cooled chiller production operations.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues on the factory floor with cross-functional teams.
- Lead process development to improve product quality, throughput, and efficiency.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and participate in design reviews for manufacturability.
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize factory layout and capacity.
