Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Senior Supplier Development Engineer for the Electronics Value Stream to drive supplier performance and quality across EMS partners. The role combines strategic supplier development with hands-on quality initiatives, reporting to the Sr Director of Supplier Development, and includes on-site work with a key supplier in Neenah, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, Business, Management.
• 7 years+ of manufacturing engineering and supplier development experience.
• Must be a US citizen due to contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Capability Assessment: Evaluate EMS capabilities and support hardware transition from development to production.
• Quality Improvement Plans: Conduct supplier risk assessments and implement targeted EMS quality improvements.
• Performance Management: Lead capacity assessments and establish metrics/expectations for EMS performance.
• Operational Excellence: Partner with suppliers to lead OPEX projects improving product flow, lead time, and yield.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure EMS suppliers meet quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
