Honeywell Aerospace in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Senior Supplier Development Engineer to drive supplier quality and performance for the Electronics Value Stream. This role develops strategic supplier partnerships, manages supplier performance, and leads continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain in a hybrid work setting.

You will report to the Sr Director of Supplier Development and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering and supplier development
• Experience in quality, business, or supplier management
• Global mindset with cross-border collaboration
• US citizenship required for contractual reasons

Responsibilities

• Assess supplier capabilities and support hardware transition to production
• Develop quality improvement plans and conduct risk assessments
• Lead performance management with clear metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues
• Drive OPEX projects to improve product flow and throughput
• Ensure supplier quality management systems meet standards
