Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks an Advanced Project Engineer – Supplier Development to strengthen Electronics Value Stream supplier performance. Remote role supporting Northeast US suppliers; report to the Director of Supplier Development.

You will drive quality improvements and partner with suppliers to ensure top standards and resilient supply chains. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing/engineering or supplier development focused on PCB/electrical components, with RCCA/APQP knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, engineering or supplier development (PCB/electrical components).
• Experience with RCCA and APQP/PPAP required or preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace electronics standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier capabilities and transition hardware from development to production.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and implement quality improvement plans.
• Drive supplier performance with clear metrics and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues and improve supply chain.
• Ensure regulatory and quality management compliance for electronics suppliers.
• Travel up to 50% domestically.
