NYU Langone Health is seeking a Supervisor of Patient Services, Food + Nutrition to oversee patient meal delivery and nutrition services across inpatient units. You will lead a team including supervisors, diet aides, tray assemblers and utilities attendants, ensuring high quality, safe meals and compliant operations.

The role collaborates with the Executive Chef and Clinical Nutrition Manager on menus, recipes, and nutrition adequacy, while maintaining budgetary targets and high patient

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality/food service.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Dietetics, or related field.
• Proficient in hospital information systems: Epic, ICIS, CBORD.

Responsabilités

• Oversees patient meal delivery systems and ensures quality nutrition meals.
• Manages staff including supervisors, diet aides, tray assemblers and utility attendants.
• Ensures sanitation and infection control requirements are met and food temperatures are recorded.
