NYU Langone Health seeks a Supervisor of Patient Services, Food + Nutrition to lead patient meals, oversee delivery systems, and maintain par stocks across inpatient units. You will mentor staff, coordinate with dietetics and culinary teams, and drive service quality and patient satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in food service management or dietetics and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, plus proficiency with Epic, ICIS, and CBORD systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Dietetics, or a related field.
• 2 years of Supervisory experience in hospitality/food service.
• Computer skills to use departmental information systems: Epic, ICIS, and CBORD.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and oversee patient food and nutrition meal services.
• Manage inpatient par stock supplies and staff scheduling.
• Develop staff including supervisors, diet aides, tray assemblers and utility attendants.
• Ensure sanitation, infection control, and safety compliance; monitor temperature recordings.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Clinical Nutrition Manager on menus and recipes.
