Newrez is seeking a Supervisor Commercial Loans负责 overseeing the Commercial/Bridge Collections team on-site. The role requires guiding staff, understanding complex loan products, and ensuring efficient, compliant operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to drive performance and customer outcomes. The position emphasizes on-site presence to oversee training, collaboration, and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years’ experience in finance, collections, commercial, customer service, or related industry.
• Previous management experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain staff and provide guidance, leadership, and mentorship to develop skills.
• Understand products, services, procedures, and guidelines; communicate to team.
• Monitor inbound commercial call production and performance for Loss Mitigation options and resolutions on commercial/bridge loans.
• Review client matrix to determine available assistance and eligible delinquencies.
• Review and manage documentation, performance metrics, and production targets to ensure efficiency.
