• Previous management experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintains staff and provides guidance and mentorship to develop skills.
• Monitors performance and uses Loss Mitigation options for Commercial/Bridge loans.
• Reviews client matrices and eligibility for delinquency assistance.
• Ensures on-site operations and daily production targets are met.
• Communicates with portfolio managers, clients, and management to resolve escalations.
