Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent for its national Mission Critical sector team. The role requires extensive experience in mission critical construction and the ability to travel across U.S. sites.

The Senior Superintendent will manage subcontractors, develop CPM schedules, oversee budgets and safety programs, review design documents, procure materials, and ensure QC and value engineering across multiple projects nationwide. Travel to various sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in mission critical construction.
• Post-high-school education or equivalent in construction field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and budgets.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement and scheduling.
• Establish and monitor QC program and safety practices.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Coordinate effectively with project team and travel to sites.
