Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical sector team. This role requires leading field construction on mission critical projects and willingness to travel for assignments.

You will oversee subcontractors, develop CPM schedules, manage budgets and safety, review drawings, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver integrated design-build solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing all site work for mission critical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Possess a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
