Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent for its national Mission Critical sector team. The role requires extensive experience in mission critical construction and the ability to travel across U.S. sites.

The Senior Superintendent will manage subcontractors, develop CPM schedules, oversee budgets and safety programs, review design documents, procure materials, and ensure QC and value engineering across multiple projects nationwide. Travel to various sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in mission critical construction.
• Post-high-school education or equivalent in construction field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent for its national Mission Critical sector team. The role requires extensive experience in mission critical construction and the ability to travel across U.S. sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement process and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value‑engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in mission critical construction.
• Post‑high‑school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing and subsequent random testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising a project team.
• Strong working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes.
• Experience creating and managing an MS Project schedule and familiarity with the construction market.
• Self‑motivation and ability to supervise and work well with others while fostering a positive and inclusive workspace.
