Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term work plans.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and project closeout activities.
• Review construction documents, specifications, and project requirements.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Monitor workforce productivity and project performance.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to partners.
• Manage multiple phases of construction within schedule and budget.
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff.
