Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Senior Superintendent to lead daily construction site operations on a 2-year project in South Florida. You will ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while coordinating with subs and design teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction management, preferably as Senior Superintendent.
• Strong track record managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and PM principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from pre-construction to completion.
• Ensure operations align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Lead on-site team including subcontractors and laborers.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other pros to define specs.
• Maintain safety procedures for a safe, healthy site environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
