Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Senior Superintendent in Palm Beach area to oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with CM software. This role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, subs, and crews while maintaining safety and clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management role, preferably as a Senior Superintendent.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using construction management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Construction Supervisor License (CSL) would be a plus.

Responsibilities
