Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Superintendent to join our Residential Construction team in South Florida. You will oversee all stages from pre-construction planning to project completion, supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction, strong leadership and communication, the ability to read architectural drawings, and familiarity with construction management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
• CCM or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the residential construction process from pre-construction to completion.
• Supervise construction teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Conduct site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver results.
