Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior superintendent role within the custom homes sector.
• Proven experience in scheduling, safety management, cost control, quality control, and contract management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction procedures and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle including scheduling, safety management, cost control, quality control, and contract management.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors; ensure understanding of expectations.
• Review progress daily to keep projects on schedule and address delays.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of safety and quality in construction.
• Manage budgets and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
