LeoForce, a fully integrated real estate development and construction firm, seeks a Mid Level Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects from groundbreaking through turnover.

You will coordinate field operations, supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining high-quality standards across multiple sites. This role offers growth within a collaborative environment and ongoing client relationship building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to manage field operations from site mobilization through project completion.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience leading subcontractor meetings, site inspections, and progress coordination.
• Proficiency with OSHA safety standards and maintaining safe job sites.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate across project teams.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar.
• Willingness to travel between project sites and manage multiple priorities.
