Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Field Superintendent or similar in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proven experience in contract, subcontractor, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent budgeting and time management across multiple projects.
• Solid safety knowledge and strong client/project manager collaboration.
