LeoForce is seeking a mid-senior level Superintendent for large-scale ground-up commercial projects in the Madison area. The role demands 10+ years of on-site leadership on commercial builds, with a track record from site mobilization through closeout.

You will lead subcontractor coordination, develop schedules, enforce quality and safety, and maintain thorough site documentation. A stable environment with strong teamwork and opportunities to deliver high-quality projects is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Superintendent on commercial ground-up projects with a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Proven ability to manage projects from site mobilization through final closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods across all phases of ground-up work.
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling tools and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination and daily field operations.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure work is performed in accordance with contract documents.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety records, and progress photos.
• Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout activities.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety programs to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
