Job summary

LeoForce in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site multifamily and related projects. You will manage trades, safety, scheduling, and quality from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor field staff, review plans, enforce safety standards, and drive project performance across multiple phases and sites. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on construction expertise.

Qualifications

• Senior-level construction supervision experience on multifamily or mixed-use projects.
• Proven ability to lead field teams, coordinate subs and vendors, and ensure safety and quality.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to manage multiple project phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities from start to completion.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term work plans.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and closeout activities.
• Review drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Resolve field issues with project stakeholders.
• Monitor workforce productivity and project performance.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and daily logs.
• Lead project meetings and report progress to partners.
• Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff.
• Oversee multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, or residential work.
